• Design and implement decentralised applications (dApps) using Substrate and Rust.
• Develop robust and secure smart contracts and pallets.
• Optimize and maintain existing blockchain applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and solve blockchain-related issues. 
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in blockchain technology.

    Requirements  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Rust programming, with a strong grasp of its paradigms, memory management, and concurrency patterns.
• Demonstrated experience with Substrate framework and blockchain technology.
• Experience with basic cryptographic primitives (hashing, signing)
• Knowledge of blockchain architecture, consensus algorithms, and decentralized technologies.
