As a Community Manager and social, my story begins not in the world of technology, but in the far-off land of retail management. You see, before I was decoding blockchain, I was counting beans at Sainsbury's and Morrisons - quite literally.
It was there that I first discovered my knack for people and processes. Organizing inventory was oddly satisfying, but the real joy came from interacting with a team, solving problems on the fly, and yes, even navigating the occasional disgruntled customer. Little did I know, these skills would lay the foundation for my career in community management and marketing.
As I ventured into the digital frontier of cryptocurrency, I realized that the crypto community was a bit like a supermarket on a Saturday morning - bustling, sometimes chaotic, but full of energy and potential. And just like in retail, the key to success was in understanding people, their needs, their frustrations, and their aspirations.
Over the years, I have had the pleasure of managing communities for various crypto projects. As a Community Manager, I've worn many hats (or should I say, helmets? After all, it can feel like a space adventure in the crypto world!). From fostering positive interactions in the community, curating engaging content, to navigating the wild west of social media, I've done it all.
In essence, I see myself as a bit of a digital "sherpa", guiding community members through the sometimes dizzying heights of the crypto-sphere. With a compass in one hand (my analytical skills) and a flashlight in the other (my knowledge of the latest crypto trends), I'm committed to ensuring that no one gets lost in the avalanche of information.
My secret weapon? A dash of humor and a pinch of fun. After all, the crypto world can be complex, but who says it can't be enjoyable too? In the world of 1s and 0s, I believe that a little humanity goes a long way.
So, if you're looking for a Community Manager and Social manager who can turn your followers into fans, your skeptics into believers, and make your crypto community a fun, inclusive, and vibrant place, then look no further. I've got the passion, the experience, and the dad-jokes to make it happen.

Dear Hiring Manager,
My name is Jason Dodani and I am reaching out to express my interest in the Web3 Analyst Intern position at VerdeX.
What led me to apply for this position is VerdeX’s expansion toward the Gaming Metaverse. As a gamer myself, I have always wondered why games had a centralised currency. It almost seemed unfair to me. These gamers spend hours of time playing a game without getting any ‘in-real-life’ value. However, with the rise in Crypto Gaming, gamers can now play the game and earn tokens that can be exchanged for fiat.
To me, this is the future - or at least the first ‘sub-category’ of crypto that can be implemented first. Because of this interest of mine, I spend most of my days scrolling through twitter, trying out these games and then proceed to analyse on-chain data using Nansen.ai, Icy.tools and Dune Analytics. Besides GameFi, another subcategory that interests me would be DeFi projects such as Olympus DAO and $TIME Wonderland.
I am confident that my background, education, and work experience will yield the right set of skills for the Web3 analyst internship and look forward to contributing to VerdeX's ongoing success. A copy of my resume is attached to the application for your reference. Thank you very much for your time and consideration in reviewing my application.
Sincerely,
Jason

In late 2021, my friend invited me to write a game plot for a GameFi project he was building. I said, "I don't know anything about crypto." He said, "It doesn't matter. You'll get obsessed soon enough." Lo and behold he was right.
Since then, I've spent countless hours poring over Discord chats and Twitter threads trying to find the next big GameFi and DeFi projects. I've focused particularly on the Avalanche blockchain. The community is hard to beat--so many people genuinely want to help each other, even when they should be rivals and competitors. I've recently invested my time and liquidity on the Ethereum blockchain as well. But I'm still an Avax shill at heart.
This bear market has only strengthened my conviction in the future of crypto and NFTs. We're simply weeding out the pretenders and creating an environment for the real deal projects.
I love writing and speculating about crypto. You can read some of my articles on my Medium (https://thegreglarson.medium.com/), and you can also learn more about the GameFi project I've been working on here: https://www.worldofkoto.com/.
If you'd like to hear more of my story, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Thank you for your time,
Greg Larson

With recent experience writing both technical and marketing material for a DAO, I would make a great addition to your team. The skills at the core of my most recent positions are very much relevant to the position as described in the listing and my drive to fill in the gaps wherever I may find myself lacking will make up for whatever technical information I am ignorant of. My passion for web3 and DeFi will fuel this all the more.
I manage documentation for a decentralized autonomous organization. In this role, I work extremely closely with the marketing and development teams, doing things that range from coordinating publication releases to brainstorming how to frame certain content. I correct blog posts and tweets before publishing, have overhauled the DAO’s dApp manual, and, perhaps most significant, spearheaded the composition of its second white paper. I am also at the core of a recent project we initiated wherein we will create marketing-based video content. I am also very involved in the marketing efforts for the DAO in Japan. I initiated a project wherein we arranged to get the white paper to a Japanese influencer with 1,000,000 Twitter followers. I also manage the DAO’s Japanese twitter account, although still humble at this point in time.
Aside from the need-to-know basic English grammar, teaching Japanese students English on the surface may seem entirely unrelated to the position, but it has demanded expanding my mind to a degree I could not have imagined before starting it. It has been a real-world crash course in identifying an audience (since the cultural differences are so great) and contextualizing very foreign material to them in a way they understand. I will bring this perspective and ability with me if I become a part of your team, an invaluable asset for the position.
Being self-driven, I went above and beyond in both roles and learned things that were not immediately necessary in order fully understand the entire context in which I was operating. I did this to best contextualize what needed to be and make what was being communicated understandable to my audience. To the extent I am proficient, I learned Japanese so as to better understand the perspective of those I was teaching and how they may view English from that perspective. I had limited knowledge of some of the technical information in the white paper prior to writing it (theory behind Uniswap’s concentrated liquidity, etc.). Additionally, I have started to self-learn some coding languages, realizing the value in doing such, even if I never work in capacities where the material studied was needed.
Thank you very much for your consideration.
Brand strategist who enjoys helping companies and individuals enhance their brand recognition and reputation through strategic planning. Creating engaging educational content and driving positive brand awareness is what I'm passionate about. Building lasting relationships through networking, effective content strategy, and community engagement. I help company leaders better connect with their audience, facilitating and guiding thought leaders in the space to increase engagement and build brand trust through various communication channels. A real knack for thinking outside the box and identifying innovative promotional tactics that make a big impact. I love coming up with creative and new ideas to help optimize brand exposure and achieve marketing objectives.
I'm passionate about this space, curious and research in my free time. Whether for the purpose of investing or trading, it's something I do without any effort at all. Because I like it, it doesn't feel like work. I can provide understanding of crypto projects, their lifecycle, roadmap, community and the potential impact. I can study existing and upcoming blockchain protocols plus overview of the ongoing research in the area. I also have the ability to gauge the business and technology impact of a crypto project (ex. Whitepaper analysis).
My overview of the stock market is bearish for the next months, as we are approaching "harvest" season going into September.
It took a pandemic to accelerate and boost the so-called digitalisation. It's very important to understand where we are exactly and how the next quarter will unfold. Even though most markets are recovering from the March crash, the real economy does not reflect the same as indices and the overall stock market. It's true that with every tragedy comes an opportunity and the Federal Reserve is doing nothing more than a quick fix for the inevitable. Unemployment, political tensions and fear, are factors that should be taken into account when forecasting economic recoveries. If we go back to "opportunities", during this pandemic a push to go cashless began, which makes sense, and a lot of businesses closed mostly due to their infrastructure not prepared to go digital. If we don't adapt, we die.
This is where Fintech, and most likely blockchain technology will step in. Many companies have already proven themselves in Finance, such as Revolut, R3 Corda and Ripple (and XRP). These companies will, in partnerships like VISA or MasterCard, gain traction and penetrate a relatively untapped market with lots of opportunities for growth.
I firmly believe this is the Future: IoT, IoV, Cloud, Full Digitalisation.

3. Helping blockchain and cryptocurrency projects since 2017 (oh, this magical bullrun!)

I love writing about complex technologies and explaining them in simple words. My texts are 100% original, lively, error-free, SEO-friendly (if needed) and easy to comprehend. My journey to become a Blockchain Engineer has been very eventful. I started working under 99x Technology( a leading software services provider based in Sri Lanka, Norway and Sydney) for a start-up named Tracified (a supply chain traceability application which utilized the blockchain technology through agnostic means to provide trust through traceability), as a blockchain developer as part of their research team. While, being a part of the team i published a research paper on a "Blockchain Based Knowledge Sharing and Organising Platform" which focused on monetizing knowledge while making it a collective approach. Furthermore, I have developed an event registration and verification platform that tokenized Tickets as Stellar Assets and proved ownership of ticket. Following this, i have worked on ICO releases on a freelance basis for Exip Token, and few other classified companies. Most most recent success would be securing the third place at the long hash global hackathon during the pandemic for building a blockchain based crowd funding application called HumanFund. Finally, as to why i would be a great fit for this job, would be because of my ability to adapt and change at alarming velocity proven by my change in field from being a Bio, Chem, Phy student to being a Graduate in Computer Science and further being able to grasp blockchain and being able to use any language or service with just a brief stroll through their documentations makes me perfect to be the one who can make a difference. My background in research and development is a major boost to my ability to grow on my own. To address the elephant in the room, i am very well equipped and have trained myself to follow a CI/CD scrum project development method along with the help of AWS stacks, MERN stack and GoLang as a personal favorite. Dear Hiring Manager,
I am deeply fascinated by the possibility of applying for a job related with cryptos. I have devoted the last two years of my working life to research, not only as a real estate analyst, but above all as manager of my own crypto hedge fund. When I refer to my devotion to this task, I really mean it because to keep abreast of trends in this lively universe you have to spend many hours finding reliable sources and knowing where trends are forged. I humbly believe that quality due diligence is the fundamental building block of the long-term success of any company, and I am confident that my unique skill set is perfect for this job.
As manager of my own cryptocurrencies fund I have had to research hundreds of projects under development. My main objective has always been to provide my investors with the best business opportunities, taking into account viability and security. As you will understand, this is not an easy task because our environment has many bad actors and information on projects in early stages of development is scarce. In order to do so, I have had to adapt and not only use traditional means of analysis (books, digital publications, statistics pages, etc.) but also to put special emphasis on research within communities using social networks such as Reddit, Twitter and Discord. I find these media particularly useful for finding information about NFT driven projects (PFP, P2E, Metaverse, etc.) as they tend not to come from traditional settings. I am never satisfied with the information I rely on, so I always keep an eye on the projects we are investing in to look for possible red flags. Regarding to DeFi related business it is essential to study the team, read the white paper in depth and if possible talk to them through Discord and ask them about all the doubts that arise. This last step is of vital importance because it is in a conversation that you can learn the most about the project and its team. All of these processes have given me a deep understanding of the key players in this sector
Thank you for taking the time to read my cover letter. Working for you will be a once in a lifetime opportunity. I believe that this is a technology with the potential to change our society for the better and now is the time to build. I hope it can be with you.
Sincerely,
Borja Moll Calvo
I first got into the beautiful and cruel industry that is Crypto back in 2016. Have been bullish on the underlying blockchain tech and even began teaching myself Solidity. Fast forward to early 2021 and my degenerate friends tried getting me to buy a Monkey JPEG (Bored Ape Yacht Club) for $350. I said no...Long story short, I dove into NFTs around July-Aug 2021. A few months after, I'm speaking at NFT LA on a panel with Blockchain Boy, CryptoWendyO and Joshua Jake. Hosting Andrew Wang at my house while he does a Twitter spaces with 15,000+ listening in to how the founder of Azuki rug pulled 3 other projects. I don't know, it's been a crazy ride but I'm stumbling in the right direction. I've made amazing connections, made a ton of money, and lost a ton of money. Short and sweet, I love it here. Also, come listen in to my nightly twitter spaces Mon-Fri. Stalk me, so I know it's real.
For the past few months I have been developing a crypto community in Mexico by hosting a weekly seminar called “Crypto Boot Camp Challenge”. The event is aimed to educate newcomers about crypto currency and challenge them too fund a real trading account within 90 minutes. Participants not only get educated but they also leave feeling accomplished, taking something tangible away from the experience. My long-term goal is to to build a community of tech savvy, healthy risk taking, opportunity sniping, profitable investors.
My professional background has been in mortgage and fitness sales. I have spent the last 15 years in performance based environments. In 2017 I began trading crypto currencies. In 2020 I enrolled Financial Freedom Master Course, a 48 module course focusing primarily on Technical Analysis, Auction Market theory, Elliot Wave & Wyckoff Methodology, and Crypto Tokenomics. I utilize various wallets, both centralized and decentralized exchanges to open positions. I also have experience checking newly launched Defi projects for rug pulls on multiple networks. Lastly I have a history of swapping inversely correlated Crypto currencies at climactic times in the market and if hired would gladly bring forth my insights to the team.
I have a YouTube, Instagram, and Medium account where I have been successfully publishing trade setups for almost 2 years. My most recent trade setup was a risk to reward ratio of 13 to 1 which was actualized in about 2 weeks. You can check out how I analyzed this investment by reading my thesis in the link below.

In my spare time I am a musician. I have traveled with an international hip-hop band throughout Scandinavia. This season in my life taught me the importance of utilizing audio engineering, graphic and visual design, social media and outright gorilla marketing to gain attention and make an impact in a land away from home.
I am seeking this opportunity because I am confident that I have the right amount of drive and versatile work experience to help a company find ways to communicate its unique value within the industry and accelerate performance and most importantly revenue. I would like to offer my services as a Bilingual-Spanish speaking instructor, community builder, trader, researcher, writer and genuine crypto advocate, to help create a true impact on a global scale.
Sincerely,
Tony Montpeirous
