In a nut shell, I've been in DeFi for close to two years, helping projects with writing, community management, and more writing with the intention to help engagement and marketing. I rely on skills I gained when I worked in the past with a marketing agency, black car services (e.g., taxi/limo), and students when I was an EFL teacher/tutor. I CURRENTLY WORK at a school as a teacher, but I'm looking to SWITCH jobs because I am going to apply to a master's program soon.
Here's how I got here and what I've done DeFi-related in more elaborate detail:
I was recruited by an up-and-coming influencer to launch a financial product without a clear end to which I reluctantly agreed--and one that created a whole bunch of dog token copycats ( inu type) in its wake. Moving forward, I had to coordinate most of the project's steps including finding a solidity dev: writing its medium articles; creating & managing its twitter handle; fundraising; preparing for AMAs; building partnerships (e.g., a gas fee rebate project); writing the website texts; and marketing (this last one I participated the least in). Finally came the sourcing of the front-end developers to create a nice website & an analytics dashboard when we launched. Some time after, things happened which had made me step away from the entire project.
I didn't quit the space, however, and in fact I found that I'm quite enchanted by it (I've been following bitcoin since 2009 when it first surfaced in discussions on forums). As a result, I've become very familiar with NFTs (I have a few myself), blockchain bridges, different protocols, and most current trends, and therefore I hope to continue to participate in this space.
I graduated as a Mechanical Modelling Engineer 4 years ago, and currently, I help companies to develop the future's electrical car. My engineering background and my curiosity give me the ability to adapt to almost any type of job. I have a strong interest in the financial market; I have been part of crypto since 2017 as an investor, trader, translator and advisor, and I see my future working in it. I know how to code in Python, Shell and Matlab, but I also know how to keep a customer presentation and manage a project. I know how a call option works and how to keep the plants alive at home. I learn quickly, I am extremely organized, and I usually spend my free time learning new things. I can help you to run that business smoothly.
I think I'm the right fit for this position because I have a lot of knowledge about blockchain, crypto and technical analysis trading of the markets. I was a Senior Content Manager at Lisk in 2018. I am highly skilled at communicating complex information clearly, concisely and accurately, I deliver copy that is simple, engaging and thoughtful. I work closely with designers, producers and product marketing. Let me help you win new clients by authoring a full range of tech (and non-tech) marketing assets:
• eBooks, white papers, industry reports, case studies
• websites, landing pages, sales funnels
• product copy, presentations & proposals
• blog posts & press releases
• social media posts
• direct marketing emails (B2B, B2C)
• banner copy
• clever slogans, taglines & banner copy
• ghostwriting CEO speeches
• scriptwriting for podcasts
• screenwriting for video content
• UX copy
• SEO copy
• translation and transcreation (DE>EN, RU>EN, BG>EN)
• ideation for various creative marketing approaches and 360° campaigns
(samples available upon request)
I bring 15+ years of experience as a freelancer, as well as a full-time employee at multinational advertising agencies (JWT, Ogilvy, Edelman). While working as an advertising/marketing copywriter, I got used to a wide variety of writing styles in line with specific brands and target groups. I have worked on various B2B projects and integrated 360° B2C communication campaigns across diverse media channels, involving fast-paced teamwork and multi-tasking under tight deadlines.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism/PR from the University of South Carolina, USA. I‘ve also attended the renowned Miami Ad School, where I updated my creative ideation skills. I have a deep understanding of art, pop-culture and social psychology. I have also developed a keen interest in IoT, Blockchain tokenization, cryptocurrencies, capital markets, DeFi, FinTech, AdTech, PropTech, Insurtech, GreenTech, MedTech, Biotech, AI, eCommerce, SaaS, cloud computing, 3D printing, supply chain operations, robotics, mobility, location intelligence and smart cities. I am also an experienced crypto trader. Lately I’ve been writing and managing content for HERE Technologies, a competitor to Google Maps in the location technology sector.

Dear Kleros team,
The starting point of my interest in Kleros was that dozens of my close friends have recommended me to check out the project. At iExec, I heard my ex-colleague Julien Béranger praise Clément Lesaege at every coffee break! Then many other colleagues fell in love with your work and even contributed to your token sale. Finally, Scott Gray, who has collaborated with your team has urged me to apply to this job position, which I'm truly super excited about.
Currently, I'm a business developer at iExec, a French cloud and blockchain startup. Our ambition is to be the backbone of Web3, by providing off-chain computing to the next wave of decentralized applications. Being one of the earliest members of the team, I assumed various roles spanning from crypto community management, marketing and PR, business strategy, dev adoption and even product management. This cross-disciplinary experience allowed me to have a deep understanding of managing blockchain products, which are in a category of their own given their unique specificities.
During this last year, I fully focused on B2B business development. My goal was to create an enterprise offer based on the technical bricks we developed to support the iExec Marketplace. I have managed to create relationships with startups as well as more established companies (Ubisoft, EDF, Microsoft, Nvidia).
Today, I would like to pursue another challenge closer to my aspirations, and continue working on decentralization and blockchain. The Web3 movement has become an even more urgent concern in my eyes given the recent world developments. We need encryption and decentralization to regain our freedoms, and I want to bring my humble contribution to that. I believe Kleros as a dispute resolution layer has a key role to play in this new paradigm.
Many reasons lead to me believe I am a good fit for this position. First, my education reflects your requirements of a dual tech and business competence. I have obtained 3 master degrees in business administration and IT management, as I wanted to forge a hybrid profile, to successfully bridge between developers and business. I am well-versed in blockchain, and won't require a long learning curve to be operational. My skills and aspirations, and especially my recent experience, have prepared me well for the role of a Dapp Integration Manager. Finally, I'm a true team player while thriving in autonomous work settings too (it's not antinomic), and CRM is my best friend :)
On a personal note, I'm passionate about tech, learning and well-being. This led me to share my thoughts on Afterlife Labs, where I write in French about trends and startups. I lived in Morocco, Poland, Netherlands, Finland and I'm now located in France. While having cultural attachments to both France and Morocco, I love to settle in new places and dive in local culture. I'm open to relocate, but I see remote work as a strong benefit given my lifestyle.
I'm very excited to hear more about this opportunity. Please ask me for any previous employer recommendations if necessary, and I really appreciate your time.
Sincerely,
Wassim Bendella
Having graduated with a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management - I have honed the soft skills’ side of business and people management. Simultaneously, during my journey in the rabbit hole that is blockchain/decentralized technologies, I came face-to- face with the disruptive potential of this new & evolving paradigm.
As a result, upon graduation I pursued my curiosity as a blockchain business analyst at a boutique consultancy firm in Zurich until March last year.
During my time there I wore multiple hats – from conducting educational workshops for real estate firms, working with the internal tech team to develop token offerings for institutional clients, performing due diligence on blockchain projects for accredited investors and directly helping project teams develop their project roadmaps and technical requirements.
Soon I felt a need to better understand the core technical concepts in order to properly assess the trade-offs and distinguish between the different technology stacks in the blockchain/decentralized space. Thus, deciding to take some time off to take a deeper dive into the technical side of things.
Since then, I have learnt the fundamentals of computer science, dabbled with some programming (CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Linux Shell basics, and Solidity), and completed a handful of MOOCs available online.
As such, I strongly believe my recent skill development sprint, along with my management background enable me to add value to the team at Zilliqa.
Greetings sir/ma'am

Sincerely,
Rishabh Thaney
Hello,
I find this position very interesting since I have always been into compilers.
I contributed a patch into GCC fixing one of the optimization paths.
https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=89354
I also did a few talks about typesafe printf, meta-serializers, variadic templates, fold-expressions, and preprocessor in C++.
As an editor I was also doing the assignments of content manager, meaning creating, editing, posting, updating, and occasionally cleaning up outdated content. I always try to keep the information displayed on the site fresh, informative, and appealing. My 'content strategy' could be described as creating, writing and managing content so as to achieving business goals and, in the same time work as a voice for the company.
I’m skilled in researching, sourcing, writing and editing interesting content to be published for members and readers. I’m used to work with content management software (CMS) and Adobe Photoshop.
I’m good at writing and updating the content of the website on my own, or I can, as well, lead a team of content writers (producers) to put out new content. There are sites that need updating very frequently, but I don’t find this overwhelming.
In my career, I learned how to succesfully manage discussion posts, and to make sure that the posts are not violating any laws or are inappropriate in any way.
Other tasks that I’m prepared to are: identifying new content opportunities, exploring ways to repurpose existing content throughout the site, monitoring website traffic, responding to website feedback, and implementing changes to the site's layout and content based on website analytics and usability testing. I’m also ready to work closely with technical team in terms of making changes or implementing new developments.
Hi,
I just found this role and am hoping it is still open. I started following your project around the first community call in September 2020 I have staked SOV and working on moving some assets over to the platform currently. I am very passionate about decentralization and individual sovereignty and love that you have made those themes central, even this early on.
I don’t currently work in the crypto space but for the last four years have been spending most of my free time (and mental capacity) investing and working on personal projects in the crypto space. I opened my first Bitcoin wallet in 2016 and since that time I have learned shell scripting, python, ran a BTC node, and currently run an urbit star. In my professional life I have been a key member of a consistent team building startups in investment banking and private equity for the last twelve years. I am really keen to dedicate all of my time to the space (not just because of the current environment) and specifically to one project that I can get behind and help grow into something amazing.
I know I would be a great finance partner in the build out of Sovryn and would love to chat further. I am originally Canadian but came over to London four years ago to build out our operations over here.
Thanks,
Jesse

Greetings from Mexico,
It is a pleasure to write to you and I look forward to the chance to discuss the possibilities to work with you further on zoom or FaceTime.
First of all, it is quite a pleasure to find this opening as it intersects on two major points of passion and purpose for me. Content creation and the blockchain/crypto space aka Web3. I have studied writing and writers for over two decades and written on energy and environmental sustainability for organizations during my earlier career. Shilling projects in crypto has of course inundated me with the lingo and expertise to research, market and communicate news and projects in the Web3 space.
As you will see from my CV, my skill set and experience range across industry and across the globe, most recently being in Mexico where I spent the first 1.5 years of covid and dove much deeper into the blockchain world as a founder of a co working space that hosted many of the leading crypto players/builders and devs. I also was invited to speak to the TEDx Tulum chapter on the Future of Work.
I grew up in the UAE and returned there to work as head of communications for Shell Oil in the early 2000s. Im very aware of the business and marketing environment there and my network is all situated across industry and government in the UAE. I can elaborate further when we speak.
I plan on living in Mexico City for the undetermined future (I am an Egyptian national) and advancing quickly in my Spanish as that will be an obvious necessity for growth in this role.
If you have any other questions im at your disposal.
All the best,
Ahmed Mokhtar
Experienced Linux system administrator and Python & Shell developer

From the moment I started digging deeper into blockchain and Web3, I knew this is what I would like to do next in my career. Being an award-wining multi-disciplined creative with 10 years of experience in digital marketing, strategy and content creation at a global scene, makes me want to explore and widen my horizons, as I am highly interested in new technology and its effective use.
I am also the founder and creative director of international NGO Eleven Campaign, which uses the power of sport and technology to promote equality and social inclusion (built it from scratch in London and now boasts over 320 volunteers, presence in 15 countries and partnerships with UEFA, UN, Peace and Sport, KPMG and others).
After years of creating bespoke content and campaigns in WPP agencies for Forbes100 clients (EY, Bayer, Shell, Ferrari, Exxon, BP and others) I took a step back last year in order to complete a philanthropic documentary series about the power of football to provide social change. The series is now complete and distribution is getting finalised (Time Warner).
Throughout this past year, my conviction around the potential of web3 and blockchain as a tool for meaningful change only grew stronger. So now that I am looking for the next step in my career; I can't really think of anything more worthwhile.
I am very familiar with building and leading creative teams across borders, developing content from ideation to completion, transforming complicated ideas to impactful copy/content, deploying effective digital marketing strategies, coordinating influencers with comm activities to increase reach and engage with industry stakeholders at a high level.
By actively participating in NFT projects and interacting with communities on Twitter and Discord, I've developed a good grasp of people's decision-making process around NFTs, as well as a trajectory as to where the space is heading in the near to mid future. Finally I am currently a marketing consultant for 1 DeFi and 2 NFT projects, and a member of d13, a collective that's building dApps on Algorand (and soon on Avalanche).
I trust that my previous experience as well as my constant appetite to innovate, develop new expertise and collaborate with interesting stakeholders, would allow me to have a real positive impact on Token.com and together to grow.
Working as Global Head of Marketing would allow me to further advance my knowledge around Web3, gain more experience and utilise my creative skillset in a meaningful way, while bringing a fresh approach to an already innovating and stimulating working environment.
Thank you for the consideration and I would appreciate an opportunity to discuss this further.
Best regards,
Mihalis Monemvasiotis
