Kleros (see our whitepaper https://kleros.io/assets/whitepaper.pdf) is a blockchain protocol for online dispute resolution (also known as a subjective Oracle). As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will work on bringing talents to the Kleros project and the Kleros ecosystem. The main focus will be bringing talents to the Kleros team and to projects built on top of Kleros, but will also include bringing early stage founders of projects using Kleros into the bootcamp/incubator program when those are running.What Will You Do?<ul><li>Collaborate with hiring managers in order to define and write employment or contract offers.</li><li>Publish offers in different hiring platforms depending on the position type and urgency.</li><li>Source talent from platforms such as LinkedIn</li><li>Handle the initial screen of candidates (answer to anti spam question, availability for the position, absence of obvious red flags).</li><li>Conduct the first interviews.</li><li>Collaborate with the hiring managers in setting up the interview structure.</li><li>Select promising candidates and give paid exercises.</li><li>Handle the exercise related interactions with the candidates (questions, provision of required digital resources).</li><li>Report on the state of recruitment processes.</li><li>Do background checks for candidates.</li><li>Participate in recruiting events to seek for talents.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Interest in Web3, blockchain and blockchain culture.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English.</li><li>Ability to work autonomously and take initiatives.</li><li>Ability to source and select candidates.</li></ul>Desired Qualifications<ul><li>A previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or human resources.</li><li>A previous experience in crypto.</li><li>Degree (or other kind of formation) in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration or related field.</li></ul>Perks:<ul><li>Most of the compensation (2/3) is labelled in fiat and paid in crypto.</li><li>The remaining (1/3) is labelled in PNK vested over 3 years with a 1 year cliff ensuring you get a stake in the project.</li><li>We are a cooperative, so as a worker you own part of the company and get voting rights.</li></ul>
