The Role:
We’re seeking a Newsletter Editor & Growth Manager to lead content creation, audience growth, and sponsorship efforts for a newsletter. You’ll combine sharp research, engaging writing, and business development to shape how the world sees restaking.
Key Responsibilities:
Research: Stay on top of restaking trends, including Liquid Restaked Tokens (LRTs), restaking infrastructure, and AVSs to ensure fresh, insightful content.
Own and Operate a Newsletter: Develop, write, and curate high-quality content that provides valuable insights into restaking. Craft concise, catchy, and digestible newsletter content that informs and excites.
Sponsorships: Secure partnerships and sponsorships to drive revenue through content and events.
Audience Growth: Use creative strategies and partnerships to grow our subscriber base.
Engagement: Work closely with thought leaders and contributors to create higher engagement. Foster community conversations and explore monetization opportunities like sponsorship.
Must-Haves:
DeFi Enthusiast: You’re well-versed in DeFi and the emerging restaking economy—or eager to become an expert.
Wordsmith: You have excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into accessible and engaging content.
Growth Hacker: You’re able to run growth experiments and understand how to build an audience through creative marketing techniques.
Strategic Thinker: You’re data-driven and can craft strategies to expand our reach and influence.
Collaborative Leader: You thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment and can work with contributors across the globe.
