Growing up in Murshidabad, West Bengal, I was always drawn to the world of technology and online communities. My journey began with Discord, where I quickly found my place as a moderator. Managing multiple servers for FBI eSports was my first big role, and it taught me the importance of creating a positive, welcoming environment for everyone.
As I moved on to work with Crypto Global United and FWDX, I honed my skills in conflict management, creative problem-solving, and fostering community engagement. Each role brought new challenges, but I thrived on them, always striving to make the online spaces I managed feel like home for their members.
Eventually, I became a community manager at UHT, where I managed daily operations and promoted active participation. Through it all, my passion for building connections and helping others has remained my driving force. For me, community management isn’t just a job; it’s a way to make a difference, one interaction at a time.
