You warrant that any such submission does comply with those standards, and you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. If you are a consumer user, this means you will be responsible for any loss or damage We suffer as a result of your breach of warranty.

Any submission you upload to our Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You retain all of your ownership rights in your submission, but by making the submission grant us and other users of our Site a perpetual worldwide licence to use, store and copy that submission and to distribute and make it available to third parties in any media.

One-role-one-ad Policy

All job posts must represent one role. Job posts that advertise for multiple roles in one posts will be removed or edited to include one role only. No refunds will be given in such circumstances. If you'd like to advertise more then one role, please place a separate job ad.

Application process requirements

Your hiring process must not require candidates to install custom software, make a purchase, submit unrelated personal information or other actions that could be deemed as abuse or lack of serious intent to hire. You job ad might be suspended without notice.

All job posts and accounts are subject to review. We reserve the right to terminate any of the job listings and accounts that are not compliant with our policies and community guidelines. Including but not limited to scams, company impersonations, exploitation of applicants, ulterior motives other than genuine hiring, project promotion without serious hiring intent, promotion of direct competition and other reasons that are harmful to our community and us. In most of these cases, refund will not be given.

Refunds

All refund requests are subject to review and approval. Generally, we are happy to refund all genuine requests, where a customer submitted a payment by accident and requested a refund within 48 hours. Reasons why we might not be able to provide a refund include, but not limited to: platform abuse, impersonation, inability to verify genuine affiliation with the stated hiring company; when job ad received over 10 applicants at the time of the refund request; switching payment methods and so forth.

Refunds for crypto payments

Due to crypto payment processor limitations we are unable to provide refunds for crypto payments at the moment.

Linking to our Site

You may link to our home page or any sub-pages, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.

You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

You must not establish a link to our Site in any website that is not owned by you.
We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
The website in which you are linking must comply in all respects with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy below.

  • Advertise for multiple roles under one job post. Such ads will be removed or altered to comply with one-role-one-ad policy. No refund will be given.
  • Upload without obtaining the appropriate consents any personal contact information such as email address, phone number, street address, or any information that is confidential in nature;
  • Attempt to use another’s account without authorisation, or create a false identity on our Site;
  • Create a user profile for anyone other than yourself as an individual person, or include in your profile any image of any other person;
  • Submit any material which is unlawful or which is offensive, abusive, indecent, pornographic, or infringes upon intellectual property, confidentiality or other proprietary rights;
  • Claim that you are associated with or endorsed by our Site unless you have entered into a written agreement with our Site to that effect;
  • Republish in bulk any information derived from use of our Site;
  • “White-label” or otherwise hold yourself out as the originating provider of our Site or any material or processes contained in it;
  • Tamper with, disable or override (or attempt to do any of those things) any security component or process of our Site;
