I entered the crypto space in 2017 through personal trading and quickly developed a deep interest in the broader Web3 ecosystem. Over the years, I actively explored different areas of crypto, including centralized exchanges, derivatives, market structure, and trader behavior, gaining hands-on experience across multiple market cycles.

In 2025, I transitioned into Business Development, focusing on KOL and influencer partnerships within a crypto exchange environment. I manage international KOL relationships, support user acquisition campaigns, and take a data-driven approach to performance optimization. Alongside my core BD responsibilities, I closely assisted the Head of Business Development, supporting strategy execution, KPI tracking, reporting, and partner coordination. I also represented the exchange at Token2049 in Singapore, engaging directly with KOLs, traders, and ecosystem partners.

What sets me apart is my combination of long-term crypto-native experience and practical BD execution. As an active trader, I understand how users think and what motivates engagement, which helps me build trust-based, long-term partnerships rather than short-term promotions.
