What makes me want take a step in my new role in the Crypto world comes from two sources of experience, my degree in Business and Management, and my work experience in Business Operations. Whilst the University studies have taught me the notional idea of Operations Management, with modules such as Management Principles, Financial Accounting, or Project Management, my current role has given me the opportunity to flourish when it comes to business operations. More specifically, grace to the projects managed so far, I have managed to get a significant experience when it comes to process and workstream analysis and management, solution implementation, or even stakeholder management. Projects that have made this possible are the opening of a brand-new luxury showroom in Central London, or the redevelopment of an HQ housing 300+ people, which shows the capability of delivering projects end-to-end across several work streams. Even if my current role is not necessarily tied to the tech area, I have developed strong technical skills in terms of software usage and learning, with the capability of mastering new tools in record times. Another key aspect that makes me confident that I can be a strong addition to any team is the desire of a person with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and who is well organised. I am more than confident that these abilities fall within my remit, grace to the wide stakeholder management role which I occupied during the aforementioned projects, and therefore showing a connection between the ideal candidate profile and my personal attributes.
