At BitRiver and M-Teh I led teams of up to 80+ people across 8 sites: real-time fleet monitoring in Zabbix / Grafana, incident detection and escalation (availability, temperature, power & performance), SLA and response-time control, preventive-maintenance planning, and analytics/reporting in Excel (dashboards, pivot tables, discrepancy control).
Now based in Vietnam and looking for remote roles in mining / data-center operations, NOC, or infrastructure monitoring - where deep hands-on mining experience and running 24/7 operations is what matters.
