I'm a blockchain infrastructure engineer who works at the hard end of the stack — execution clients, EVM internals, gas accounting, and state — where correctness is non-negotiable and bugs are expensive.

Over ~2 years at Nethermind I've shipped production client code across four ecosystems:

  • Co-lead of the Nethermind Arbitrum L2 execution client — a C# execution layer producing state roots identical to canonical Go Nitro, validated block-by-block. I generified the VM with compile-time gas policies to add Arbitrum's multi-dimensional gas accounting at zero overhead on mainnet, and implemented the ArbOS 60 multi-gas model plus Stylus (WASM) runtime support.
  • Ethereum L1 + an Ethereum Foundation grant-backed study of client performance at up to 10x mainnet state — I built the live state-metrics subsystem and orchestrator behind it.
  • Juno (StarkNet) — JSON-RPC across spec versions v0.6–v0.8 and VM-based fee estimation.
  • Monomer — Cosmos SDK chains running as OP-Stack rollups (deposits, tx adapters, Engine API).

I also contribute upstream to the canonical clients themselves — go-ethereum (Geth) and Arbitrum Nitro.

What makes me effective: I ramp fast on unfamiliar codebases (four client stacks in two years), I weigh correctness and performance equally, and I came into software from an applied-physics / fiber-optics background — which is exactly why low-level, math-heavy, correctness-critical work feels like home.

I'm now extending into Rust and Go, and I'm looking for a remote team building serious Ethereum/L2 infrastructure where I can go deeper.
