Customer Success has been one of my key skills since 2015 and I have been applying it to my work ever since. I have recently worked with Pink.gg as one of its Community Managers for AtomicHub where I helped out with Discord and Telegram moderation, along with improving internal systems on the side.
Prior to this, I was with Ematic Solutions. First as a Junior Customer Success Manager then as a Campaign Management Specialist where I focused on campaigns built mostly on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Campaign Monitor, and Braze (app push and in-app inbox).
At the moment, I'm going around Hive and Wax blockchain communities in order to create connections with both users and creators. I am very much interested in the future of Web3 and would love to be part of its movement!
