About Me

I'm ----- Arhkipov. A crypto-native professional with 4+ years of experience in Market-Making. Since ICO boom in 2020 I went from executing trades to leading the entire trading department at a well-known Crypto Market-Making Fund (NDA). I managed 7 Trading Units handling $10M in AUM, executed 100+ CEX/DEX listings, designed MM CEX/DEX algorithms in cooperation with the Development Team.

Value and experience

• Development of technical specifications for multiple Market-Making algorithms: Dynamic Cross-CEX Grid, Volatility Capture, Spot/Perp Basis and Funding rate Arbitrage, DEX Arbitrage V2/V3, Directional Spot Algorithms, VWAP Trading Algorithm, Pre-listing Liquidity Algorithm, Pre-trade Compliance modules
• Responsible for the usability of the Market Maker's trading platform for clients and users. Design of dashboards and performance monitoring tools (PNL and risk control, market check)
• Creation & execution of strategies for 100+ CEX/DEX listings for IDO/ICO/IEO projects
• Personal execution of long-term trading strategies for >30 AAA clients. Worked directly with C-levels and Advisors of top CoinMarketCap projects (Memecoins with 1B$+ MCaps, Perp DEXs, DAOs, DePin projects and others)
• Fluent in the language of Traders, Sales and Devs
