What I do best is take complex products, partner networks, and market opportunities and turn them into measurable growth. I have scaled a TON DeFi aggregator to $521M+ cumulative volume, improved growth economics from LTV/CAC 2.8x to 3.3x, reduced payback from D90 to D60, and helped grow a Telegram-native consumer product to 330k MAU. I am strongest in roles where commercial thinking, product logic, and execution need to work together.

Right now I am most interested in BizDev roles in a broad sense, especially Head of BD, Partnerships, Growth Lead, Product Partnerships, Growth Product, Product Strategy, or CBDO-type roles. I am particularly useful in fast-moving environments where someone needs to build structure, align teams, create momentum, and turn market complexity into real business outcomes. I also bring experience from large-scale digital transformation and full P&L turnaround work, so I am comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on
