I didn’t come from finance or tech. I spent over 10 years working as a chef, running kitchens where discipline, speed, and creativity meant everything. After that I switched paths, launched e-commerce brands, did copywriting and sales, and built a small real estate portfolio in France that still runs on Airbnb.
