I’m a customer support professional with over four years of experience supporting North American customers across large, high-volume environments like Amazon and Wipro. I’ve worked extensively in chat and email support, handled complex customer issues, and consistently met quality and performance standards. Over time, I also took on acting SME responsibilities, helping new hires ramp up and supporting teammates with process clarity and escalations.

What makes me effective is my ability to stay calm, structured, and empathetic in fast-paced situations. I focus on understanding the real problem, communicating clearly, and resolving issues without unnecessary back-and-forth. I’m comfortable working with global users, following SOPs, and adapting quickly when products or policies change.

Alongside my support background, I have an intermediate understanding of crypto, NFTs, and blockchain ecosystems. I understand how these products work from a user perspective, the common questions and risks customers face, and how to explain concepts clearly without overcomplicating things. I don’t approach crypto as hype or speculation, but as a product that needs trust, clarity, and good customer experience.

I’m looking for a remote, chat/email-focused role where I can contribute reliable support, grow with the product, and help build long-term customer trust.
