Over the years, I’ve supported telecom customers, real estate clients, and hotel guests — and that taught me how to stay calm, helpful, and solutions-focused in any situation.

But I’ve also always been curious about tech. That curiosity led me into the world of crypto and DeFi, where I began trading independently, teaching myself about smart contracts, Ethereum, and blockchain infrastructure. I started taking courses and diving deeper — not just to trade better, but because I genuinely love the innovation happening in this space.

What makes me great is the blend of these two worlds: I speak both people and tech. I can take complex blockchain ideas and translate them into clear, friendly language that users can understand. I care deeply about their experience, and I always try to leave them feeling informed, supported, and confident.
