I didn’t start in crypto, I started in call centers.

For a few years I was the person on the phone with angry customers, trying to fix problems I hadn’t caused and explaining things in a way that actually made sense to them. From there I moved into IT helpdesk and I’ve spent the last four years as a senior technician, supporting global teams on macOS and Windows, dealing with tickets all day, digging into logs and tools like Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, Intune, Jira and ServiceNow.

At the same time, I fell down the crypto rabbit hole. I started trading, then got obsessed with understanding what was really happening on-chain: reading block ...
