👋 Hi There! I am a Senior Application Support Specialist with a double major in Information Systems and Computer Science. I have accumulated 8 years of experience so far in the Application Support space and have worked in all sorts of industries and companies.
I have worked and supported companies with both a traditional web and app setup and also cloud based solutions. Having worked in this role for 8 years, I have vast experience through all faucets of support (Level 1 ~ 3) and have also lead a support team.
Ever since being orange 💊'd, I have been fascinated with Web3 and am currently trying to move into a role where I am able to utilise my skills in the future of tech.
