As per the role I a aspiring for, I have good analytical and administrative skills, problem solving and a solution oriented attitude. I have good planning skills and attention to detail and the ability to work under minimal supervision and deliver on set objectives within given deadlines. Moreover with my extensive knowledge and experience in customer service, I can monitor, apprehend and understand the problem of customers and provide sufficient and adequate solutions to them in timely manner. I do have excellent telephone etiquette, English being my first language I am perfectly fluent in French too. I hope I can impress you ;-)...

Since I am from an African country I will say one from my context; Mum; Go and buy bread with the money that remained yesterday Child; Which yesterday? nb; as kids when parents will send us to get something from the store will go get it and never refund the change. We will buy irrelevant stuff with it like sweets etc So that is why the kid there is like which yesterday?
