KYC and Customer Service specialist

As per the role I a aspiring for, I have good analytical and administrative skills, problem solving and a solution oriented attitude. I have good planning skills and attention to detail and the ability to work under minimal supervision and deliver on set objectives within given deadlines. Moreover with my extensive knowledge and experience in customer service, I can monitor, apprehend and understand the problem of customers and provide sufficient and adequate solutions to them in timely manner.
