I am a doer by nature, always working to push the bar forward and upward. My leadership style is very interactive I want to work through projects with my team. I find that the shared context that we gain is critical to skilling up as much as how it may feedback in to future projects. Over the years I have built, migrated, delivered many successful projects and have had my fair share of misses. It is through continuous learning I feel that resilience and success are bred. I'm looking for solid, useful projects to become a part of to help bring my experience and background to help drive success....
