My background spans fast-paced food operations, content creation, and Web3 ecosystems. I’ve spent over a decade working inside quick-service restaurants (Subway → Fat Bastard Burrito), learning firsthand how systems, standards, and people intersect under real pressure. Preparing food brings me focus and pride—and that grounding is what fuels everything I build. Alongside this, I’ve been active in crypto since 2016 (starting with Bitcoin mining), evolving through DeFi, NFTs, L2s, and today’s on-chain tooling.
