Web3 Talent

I've been in JSTI in China for nine years. Before singing up the website, I'm a structural engineer. Now I want to join in the web3 and become a developer. I may have little experience in web3, however, the experience in my job now will also be a sharp sword in this　area．A qualitative change in one industry often requires the entry of another industry．
