My journey started with a strong interest in understanding how businesses create value, which led me to study international finance. But beyond theory, I quickly found myself drawn to the operational side—where decisions directly impact performance and customer behavior. Over the past few years, I’ve worked in fast-paced environments where I managed teams, tracked performance, and improved processes. This experience taught me how to turn data into action, how to stay close to both numbers and people, and how to consistently look for ways to improve results. What makes me different is my ability to bridge analysis and execution. I don’t just identify problems—I focus on what can realistically be improved and how to make it happen efficiently. I’m also very comfortable taking ownership, adapting quickly, and working with a strong sense of accountability. I see challenges as opportunities to optimize, structure, and create impact. That mindset has been a constant in my journey, and it’s what I bring to every project I take on.
