I started in compliance at Uphold (a regulated global crypto exchange) back in late 2020 as a Compliance & KYC Analyst. Over the next four years I moved into Assistant Quality Manager, leading a 20-person team across KYC, Screening, Fraud, Compliance, and Transaction Monitoring while keeping quality performance above 90%. Day to day, I work hands-on with Sumsub, Veriff, Sift, Salesforce, and Zendesk. My background is in Psychology, which has shaped how I approach ambiguous cases and coach analysts through them. I'm fully bilingual in English and Spanish, which has been useful for teams serving LATAM markets.
