I started my career as a Process Engineer. Real work, maintaining automated inspection systems, keeping production lines running at 99%+ uptime, analysing data daily, and coordinating across departments to make sure nothing broke down. That's where I learned what discipline, precision, and accountability actually look like in practice.

But while I was doing that from 9 to 5, I was building something else on the side. From 2020 onwards, I was deep in Web3 after hours. Moderating servers, managing collaborations, running BD outreach, building communities, hosting AMAs, hunting partnerships. Project after project, ecosystem after ecosystem. By the time most people had heard of DeFi, I'd already spent years working inside it.

In 2024, that side hustle turned into a full-time opportunity. I joined Galxe, the world's largest Web3 credential platform with 33 million users and 7,000 protocol partners, as part of their Customer Success team. I sat between users and developers, resolved on-chain issues, managed partner communications, built internal documentation, tracked SLAs, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks at scale. It was fast, technical, and demanding. I loved every bit of it.

Now I'm looking for what's next. I'm open to roles across technical support, operations, customer success, BD and partnerships, virtual assistance, and community management. I adapt fast, communicate clearly, and bring both the engineering discipline and the crypto ecosystem knowledge that most candidates have one of but rarely both. If the role involves learning something new in a fast-moving environment, that's not a warning for me. That's the appeal.
