As a candidate I bring a deep understanding of compliance, risk management, and system governance. These skills are directly transferable to financial crimes oversight. I have led cross-functional initiatives involving risk assessments, deviation investigations, and CAPA implementation, often under strict audit and inspection conditions. My work required rigorous documentation, policy interpretation, and root cause analysis. I believe these are foundational elements for effective governance in financial crimes programs. I also have extensive experience with enterprise systems like SAP S/4HANA, Veeva QMS, and digital validation tools, which has equipped me to manage data integrity and compliance controls at scale.

I am now transitioning into the fintech and crypto space, where my regulatory mindset and governance experience can bring value to emerging risk and compliance frameworks. At my current role, I supported site-wide system rollouts, developed internal controls for master data accuracy, and partnered with quality, IT, and supply chain teams across global projects—experience that mirrors the cross-functional collaboration needed in financial crimes governance. My ability to navigate ambiguity, implement structured controls, and continuously improve complex systems positions me to quickly add value in a fast-paced, innovation-driven financial environment.
