I've been in crypto for 8 years, long enough to have lived through three full market cycles and come out with a much clearer picture of how this industry actually works. My background cuts across a few different areas. On the operations side, I've spent years in P2P and fiat operations, handling disputes, managing merchant relationships, and keeping things running cleanly at scale , currently at Bybit, where I work with premium users and high-volume merchants. On the market side, I've built analytical frameworks, tracked risk patterns, and followed on chain data closely enough to spot narratives before they go mainstream. Outside of my day job, I've built a presence in the crypto education space under cryptoabhii - hosting live sessions, AMAs, and speaking at crypto events. I've collaborated with well-known influencers and used those platforms to break down complex concepts for everyday people. That experience taught me how to communicate clearly under pressure and build trust with a wide range of audiences. What I enjoy most is work that sits at the intersection of operations, analysis, and people, whether that's resolving a high stakes P2P dispute, building out a market report, or helping someone understand why a trade went wrong.
