I'm a Bocconi-educated analyst who's spent the last two years in the operational trenches, co-founding and running an AI consulting startup, leading operations strategy at a scaling Web3 toy and gaming company, and currently managing operations and international B2B partnerships at a manufacturing firm with global export ambitions. I don't just understand how businesses work on paper, I've built processes, managed cross-functional teams, navigated company crises, and closed deals from the ground up.
What draws me to Web3 is where my finance background meets genuine personal involvement. I've been active in the crypto space since December 2020, including competitive crypto gaming, and I understand the ecosystem not as an outsider analyzing it but as someone who's lived inside it. That combination of formal economics training, real operational experience across multiple company stages, and ground-level crypto familiarity is what I bring to a team.
I work best in early to mid-stage environments where the problems aren't fully defined yet and someone needs to both think through strategy and actually execute it. If you need someone who can own a function, build it out, and grow with the company, that's the role I'm looking for.

A Bitcoin Maxi, an Ethereum Dev, and a Solana founder walk into a bar. Bitcoin maximalist waits 10 mins, pays $40 in fees for a $12 beer, nods approvingly. Ethereum dev pays $60 just to order, bill changes twice while he waits. Solana founder gets his beer instantly for pennies. Bar goes down for maintenance before he can drink it.
