Web3 Talent

I have been working professionally since i was 18, in various roles in Finance/Sales Support/Commercial operations. I believe my skillset really comes out in analytical based roles, i.e my time as a pricing analyst at Park Place tehcnologies (B2B business) as well as my time as a Deal Desk Analyst at Siteimprove (SaaS B2B). From these roles i would say some key skills that i really showed was analysis, collaboration and deadline/time management. Moving forward i am looking to begin a career in the Web3 space, to do so i am trying to diversify myself beyond the skillset that i currently have but to also include skills that would make me more suitable for the various companies in the web3 space. Currently i am undergoing a Business Management/Marketing course which i believe will make ma a more well rounded and attractive employee who can bring real value.
