Over the past decade I've operated at the intersection of strategy and execution across crypto, fintech, and enterprise SaaS. That's meant building partner ecosystems across 13 countries, acting as Chief of Staff to senior leadership on complex multi-year programmes, owning customer success functions from the ground up, and delivering over £10M in measurable client value for FTSE 100 companies.

Most recently at SideShift.ai, I owned the developer and partner relations lifecycle across a global Web3 ecosystem. Before that at Accenture I was Chief of Staff on the Kingfisher Group programme, the primary bridge between C-suite stakeholders and engineering teams, owning the operating rhythm and translating complex data into decisions that mattered.

The technical fluency I've built across enterprise data, cloud infrastructure, AI agents, and Web3 gives me a genuine edge in senior roles where deep product understanding and executive credibility both matter.

Now looking for a Head of Partnerships, Head of Ecosystem, or Chief of Staff role at a remote-first crypto, fintech, or SaaS company where I can build the systems, the culture, and the operating model that makes outcomes inevitable. Open to senior CS leadership roles where the right environment exists. I'm remotely hireable via EOR (Deel or Remote.com) which keeps onboarding simple.

Outside of work I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and spent several years as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, including inside the military. Both taught me that discipline and consistency usually trumps talent. I bring that same get it done energy to the teams and partners I work with.
