I am one of 13 kids, the oldest girl. I am a natural problem solver and defuse most conflicts or fires before they get out of control, by active listening to those who want to be heard and initiating the steps to move to the next phase for everyone to focus forward. Professionally I thrive in environments where I am kept on my toes and can be agile to help where I am needed when I am needed. More importantly, I understand that in a position I have a responsibility that I must be accountable for, so I must be accountable and unafraid to fail, that is the only way I will grow professionally.
