Ive spent my last years in German tech startups and scaleups (GetYourGuide, FreeNow, Homelike) helping them shape their customer service strategies through leading teams, data analysis, developing strategies and also launching services in new markets. My niche has been to work very closely with data, improve data tracking and give insights to product teams.
