Ive spent my last years in German tech startups and scaleups (GetYourGuide, FreeNow, Homelike) helping them shape their customer service strategies through leading teams, data analysis, developing strategies and also launching services in new markets. My niche has been to work very closely with data, improve data tracking and give insights to product teams. I have consistently seen a gap between voice of customer (data) and company strategy thus I have tried to fill this gap by finding a good way of communicating customer needs to the right stakeholders so that important topics find their way to the company roadmap.
