I've built and run a live ML trading system for crypto perpetual futures end-to-end — feature engineering and selection, leakage-resistant validation (CPCV, deflated Sharpe), meta-labeling, and execution — trading real capital. Earlier I spent 10+ years founding and shipping products across software and hardware, which is where I learned to take something from idea to production alone. MBA, CS background. What I care about most is the judgment around the model — knowing when a "better" component is actually destroying value, and being willing to cut what I was sure about....
