My significant experience as a Project Management and Scrum Master led me to realize that I thrive in building large scale products. In previous companies as well as freelance engagement I have led multiple large scale as well as small scale projects with diverse teams located across the globe thus gaining deep experience with asynchronous work. I have been collaborating with cross-functional teams in end-to-end product development cycles in agile environments for over 5 years with a strong emphasis on building remote teams and creating a sense of team belonging. As a certified Scrum Master I have been helping teams to delivery product increments and project milestones in a timely manner by managing the product backlog prioritization, facilitating important conversations, organizing scrum cadences, creating user stories and refining them as well as coaching team members on decomposing them into smaller units of work as needed. Externally I have engaged with clients and key stakeholders on a daily basis, making sure that their needs and pain points are satisfied thus establishing strong relationships which were improved even more by contributing to improvements and new ideas which were usually combined with the user feedback. I also made sure that the plans, visions and roadmaps are clearly communicated and understood at all levels of the engagements I have been active on.
