I started in crypto more than three years ago by helping small, early-stage communities that didn’t yet have structure or clear processes. Over time, that naturally grew into full community operations, moderation, and content responsibilities across several Web3 projects. I’ve worked closely with teams building on Ethereum, Solana, and BNB Chain, and my main focus has always been turning quiet or scattered groups into active, well-managed communities where users actually understand the product and feel comfortable engaging. Along the way, I learned that strong community growth doesn’t come from hype. It comes from clear communication, understanding the product deeply, and showing up consistently. That’s why I always make sure I understand a project’s real utility before I start promoting or representing it. What makes me a strong fit I have over three years of hands-on experience in Web3 community and moderation roles, working with projects such as Zivoe, Metastrike, MoonFarm Finance, X World Games, and others. I’ve managed day-to-day Discord and Twitter operations, including moderation, announcements, user support, event coordination, and collecting feedback for the core team. I’ve also helped organize and run community activities such as quizzes, campaigns, and engagement programs on platforms like Galxe and Zealy. Beyond chat moderation, I’ve hosted and supported Twitter Spaces, community calls, and even in-person events, helping teams stay connected with their users in real time. I also work as a graphic designer, which allows me to support marketing and community visuals directly without relying heavily on external designers. Most importantly, I’m comfortable breaking down topics like DeFi, RWAs, AI in crypto, and ZK products into simple and practical explanations so everyday users can actually understand what a project is building and why it matters.
