I specialize in growing early-stage ecosystems, crafting tokenomics, and structuring multi-stakeholder partnerships—particularly in DeFi, L2 protocols, and RWA tokenization. From BD and fundraising to architecture design, I built systems from zero, grew DeFi ecosystems, and helped ambitious, chaotic decentralized projects make sense (and sometimes money) with scalable strategies—from token launch architecture to ecosystem incentive models.
