I’ve been in game development since 2012 and in crypto since 2017 (starting out as a curious “humster” user before going pro in 2021). Over these years, I’ve built a career around creating and scaling products that people actually play and enjoy.

On the game side, I’ve shipped 60+ titles with more than 150M installs worldwide, from casual mobile to social casino and midcore. One of my highlights was leading the relaunch of Bingo Bash, bringing it to over 50M players, while running a multi-million-dollar P&L and guiding cross-functional teams of 100+ people.

In Web3, I co-founded Intense Games Ltd and led the launch of My NFT Wars, a large-scale RPG experiment with on-chain mechanics. Along the way, I raised $1.7M in funding and built experience in combining traditional game design with blockchain elements like NFTs and token models.

What I bring to the table is pretty straightforward:

• Product leadership - from concept → launch → live ops.
• Hands-on experience with team management, scaling, and hitting KPIs.
• Real cases in Web3 (building My NFT Wars, fundraising, and community-first design).
• Crypto-native perspective - I’ve been here since 2017, seen the cycles, and know the culture.
