Professionnal experience : +15 years, including 7 years as legal & compliance director of APPI, a Fintech/regtech & consulting agency combining digital innovation and new payment methods, following a career as a legal advisor in various Anglo-Saxon business law firms and as a legal counsel within large banking and financial groups. I am also drawn to theory, having obtained a doctorate in international financial law from Panthéon-Sorbonne.
I love the idea of combining law and digital innovation especially in the payment sector, where IA, blockchain, smart contracts, CEFI/DeFI and crypto, digital assets, AML, KYC and facial innovation are inter alia at stake.
Moreover and on a pro bono basis, my role as a member of the Alliance pour la Confiance du Numérique and Legal Director for Alliance Blockchain France as well as founder of the Association Innovation Tech and Law, reflects my dedication to shaping a legal framework suited to digital innovations.
With extensive expertise in regulations & compliance such as MICA, I collaborate with organizations to harmonize compliance, security, and digital transformation, in Europe on a cross border basis, as well as in France. Regularly liaising with regulators : EBSI, ACPR (Banque de France), AMF, UK FSA, Lux CSSF (inter alia).
My goal is to contribute to a safe and sustainable technological ecosystem while promoting digital trust and innovation.
