I started in crypto in 2017 by co-founding Kimlic, a self-sovereign identity platform on Ethereum. We raised 700+ ETH, built a 15-person distributed team, and ran PoCs with banks and PSPs. I learned the hard way how to sell decentralized infrastructure to institutions that didn't yet have a category for it. Since then I've worked across most of the layers I think actually matter for crypto adoption. At Bitexen, one of Turkey's largest exchanges, I integrated Binance as a virtual liquidity source and quadrupled daily trading volume from $250K to
