Partnership Lead and Business Development Manger
I was part of the GemPad core team for the past three years as Head of Partnerships.
Work Highlights on GemPad:
- Sourced and closed hundreds of project deals through cold outreach
- Built and maintained a strong network of influencers, marketers, market makers, VCs, auditors, and ecosystem partners, helping many projects successfully raise funds
- Secured multiple chain grant integrations by creating pitch decks from scratch, reaching out directly to chains, and working closely with the dev team to ensure delivery
- Handled the vetting process for Diamond Tier projects (the highest tier on the launchpad)
- Helped refine internal systems for client relations and team coordination
Beyond partnerships, I was also actively involved in pushing ideas, improving operations, and identifying new growth opportunities.
I’m very hands-on, I don’t wait for leads, I go out and bring them in.
