I've started my way in crypto as support agent. Was promoted to community lead without having a marketing experience and learned a lot since than. Conducted a lot live AMA sessions with different guests, impoved operations in the community department (we have about 12 communities), improved relationships with the community and developed different stategies to boost our community presence. Communication is my strongest perk - in any company I worked, I became a central person because of my proactivity. I always think how to benefit business I work for and I did it well.
