Spent 5+ years working in high-pressure environments at Goldman Sachs and Itaú Unibanco, actively participating in Scrum teams as a Full Stack and Backend Developer. Recently graduated with a Bachelor’s in IT Management (June 2025).
What makes me different: I combine real Agile delivery experience (Jira, ceremonies, impediment removal, process improvement) with a deep personal passion for Bitcoin, Lightning Network, and DeFi — especially BTC-backed loans and asset protection strategies.
I’m obsessed with helping Web3 and Bitcoin teams ship faster, more securely, and more efficiently using disciplined Scrum practices without killing the decentralized culture. Native-level English speaker, fully remote from Brazil, and strongly prefer payment in BTC via Lightning.
