I've being optimizing dev and business processes for 7 years. Started as C# developer and then move broader - to Deputy COO. I developed and implemented an onboarding process in it teams so that when growing by 100 people (from 200), the teams handled it well, there was low turnover and the teams continued to perform. Also Implemented OKR process across 10 business units, and building cross-functional alignment between business and engineering. I can transform fragmented workflows into predictable, scalable delivery systems by building teams and processes from scratch. I'm a brilliant facilitator of any event: onsite as well as online. Design and deliver virtual and in-person sessions that help teams and leaders strengthen communication, collaboration, and decision-making.
