I started my career as a psychologist with a focus on consumer behavior and sales, but I quickly realized that my true passion lay at the intersection of people and technology. In 2020 I founded Nación Crypto, where I built and ran validator infrastructure across eight blockchains, growing TVL from zero to over $10 million without raising a dime in external funding. Along the way I negotiated 10+ strategic partnerships with exchanges, OTC desks, protocol foundations, and community groups, and managed an 8-person cross-functional team in compliance, marketing, and support.

In 2024, I led Worldcoin’s Colombian launch, assembling and coaching a 20-person team to onboard 200,000+ users in just six months. That experience taught me how to design data-driven growth campaigns, streamline operations end-to-end, and motivate diverse teams toward ambitious targets, skills I’ve honed in every role since.

I’m bilingual, deeply networked across LATAM’s fintech and crypto ecosystems, and I thrive in high-pressure, remote environments.
