I believe my M&A / Strategic FInance expertise could be of extreme relevance as I have had the change to closely manage multiple fundraises, buy-side and sell-side transactions and helped setup an M&A strategy with a strong web3.0 focus (e.g., TradeDepot fundraise in Nigeria led by IFC, Curve fundraise in the UK, Koinworks fundraise led by MDI, Two buy-side mandates for PayRetailers in Spain, Sell-side mandate for a major merchant acquirer in France).

Moreover, I have had the opportunity to work in fast-paced scale-ups as a strategic finance manager.
