I’m a systems builder. I learned early that progress is not just ideas, it is structures that survive contact with reality: incentives, permissions, reporting, and accountability. That mindset took me from engineering and enterprise program controls to public-sector innovation. I have secured and deployed grant funding for high-impact pilots, and into social enterprise work where outcomes were tangible. In Web3, I applied the same discipline to mechanism design and governance. I co-founded Snowball DAO and helped scale it to $200M+ in assets with $15M+ in user earnings. Previously, I co-founded Quantum Resistant Ledger, leading to a $4.16M raise and reaching $100M+ valuation. I’m also a public speaker, author and educator in the space.
