I have 15 years of professional experience in the software industry. My career started at Huawei, where I grew from a technical role to Project Manager. Later, I joined Huizhou ----- (insurance and finance) as an Architect, responsible for platform architecture design and core component development.
Since the second half of 2015, I have focused on blockchain and digital assets, specializing in exchanges, MPC wallets, digital asset management systems, and risk control systems. I led the design and implementation of core modules including spot trading, futures contracts, quick settlement, fiat trading, and copy trading. I also built direct bank-to-bank channels for seamless user deposits, and enabled direct access to Hong Kong and US stocks, allowing users to trade HK and US equities directly on the platform.
I have served as Technical Manager and Technical Director, managing a technical team of up to 130 people, and currently lead a team of about 30. I have extensive experience in large-scale architecture, high-concurrency systems, and technical team management.
