I came into ----- in 2020 from a maritime background and ended up deep in DAO governance.
Since then, I've worked on governance research and operations at StableLab and now Anode, with hands-on experience across organizations including Rootstock Collective, RARI DAO and M0. My work sits somewhere between research, governance and writing: understanding complex proposals, digging through forums and data, drafting governance proposals and turning technical or messy information into something people can actually use.
I'm particularly strong when a role requires independent research and judgment rather than simply producing content from a brief. I've written extensively about DAO governance, delegation, organizational design and emerging uses of AI in governance, while also working directly inside the systems I write about.
I use AI heavily as a research and productivity tool, while keeping source verification, judgment and final authorship human.
I'm currently open to remote roles and projects across ----- research, governance, content, ecosystem and strategy.
I went from navigating ships to navigating DAOs. At least ships usually have a captain.
