My story is about transitioning into tech with a clear purpose. My background in sales taught me to understand user needs and communication, but I was always drawn to systematic problem-solving and technology. That's why I deliberately moved into QA.

What makes me great is my systematic and proactive approach. I don't just execute test cases; I analyze the "why" behind a feature to find gaps others might miss. For example, I didn't just find bugs in the startup I worked for—I built the test documentation from scratch and standardized bug reports, which directly improved team efficiency.

I combine this with a strong technical drive, which I prove by building my own automation framework from zero. I'm not just a tester; I'm an engineer focused on preventing issues and elevating the overall quality of the product. I'm great because I bring a owner's mindset to every task I'm given.
